Cosmetics and hairdressing A story of colorful harmony​

As a child, Sandrine danced for many years under the guidance of a former Bolshoi Art star — a journey encompassing aesthetics, elegance, discipline, and sensitivity, where beauty takes tangible form. Years later, armed with a master's degree in international business, she joined a San Francisco-based company importing art supplies: oils, watercolors, canvases, easels, etc. Upon returning to Paris, her venture into the world of cosmetics was marked by the launch of the Sebastian International brand on the French market. That moment precisely foreshadowed the creation of Sunflower Agency.

Languages A family narrative

French of Armenian descent, Sandrine Steltzner grew up in a multilingual household where 4 languages were spoken. Over time, she became adept at navigating these languages, decoding her parents' private conversations as they switched from one language to another. Little did she know, this was just the beginning of her linguistic prowess...

The language of Shakespeare A heartfelt tale

First Hollywood film, first emotional impact. It was a revelation that would go on to influence the course of both her personal and professional life. From the ages of 10 to 23, Sandrine frequently stayed in England and later in the United States, where she settled in California, creating a family and laying the foundations of her career. Indeed, this period shaped and solidified her unwavering determination.
